They surfed every day of their lives and were forced to adhere to a strict diet and lifestyle by their passionate and demanding, health-conscious father. Really well done and an interesting slice of American life. It's frank and a premier example of American individualism, for better or worse. What's best is that it allows for the viewer to see it as a kind of distorted lens into our own families and our own commitment to the values by which we hold together those family bonds. A must see!!
