The 2 upstairs theaters are inaccessible for anyone who has trouble walking stairs. Yet there seems to be no way to tell before you get there whether the movie you want to see is upstairs or on the main floor. Neither Cleveland Cinemas' website or their newspaper ads or Movie Times website gives this crucial information. So every time I go to the movies with a handicapped friend we have to choose another theater.
